Wrong color I should have stayed with my original choice of plum your recommendation is an off orange color not what I thought 🤬
    Reply from Lesandre Barley:
Hi Doug, When you reached out to us about color selection, we gave you a coupon code to order free swatches before buying product. That would have avoided your dissatisfaction.

Greatest results with least work/skill needed
Here are some amazing before and after pics that really showcase the amazing results anyone can achieve with these products. If you've ever fingerpainted or wiped down a counter before, you already have all the practice you'll ever need. If you even sort of of follow the instructions in the videos and on the bottle you will have amazing results although you should follow them to the letter for best results. For anyone wondering like I was before I said screw it and gave it a shot, yes, these products are very forgiving. You really can't leave hard lines, like painting a wall or car with bad technique. Runs and streaks are almost non existent ...More

Runs and streaks are almost non existent and easily corrected with just water and a wet sponge or towel. If somehow you did mess up or aren't happy just wipe off the area a little and start again. These products also allow for working at whatever pace you like, no real time limits. Have alook at my pics and keep in my mind I'm no artist. I just followed the directions.

This stuff is incredible! Compared to the other types of leather restoration available, this has the least amount of prep work with the best results. I had a full size couch that needed a lot of work on the cushions from years of wear and a loveseat that needed to completely change color to match my bigger couch.
The color matching was perfect and was very simple to apply. I bought the 16oz bottle to do these and have so much left over that I could change the color of a whole other couch if I wanted to. The couch looks brand new!

    Wow.
We have a gorgeous leather couch (made in Italy) that we purchased at an estate sale. The finish is smooth, high quality leather and the color was perfect. Was...for a few years. Then it started to fade due to wear and just didn't look at nice even though it still felt smooth to the touch. Luckily Rub N Restore helped me return it to it's original beauty! I was nervous about this DIY because the couch is clearly a really high end item and clearly was a particular color blend. But after pictures, swatch samples from RnR and some email exchanges with the RnR team, we pinpointed the colors - Cherrywood and Black. I dove in and gave it a shot and...More

Truly amazing and really remarkably easy to do. I do think the RnR team has exceptional customer service and guidance as well. I am so glad I went with this product over sprays you can buy on Amazon...thank you!!!

    Cherrywood looks the best
Our leather sofa had some bare wear spots but otherwise was in great shape. Requested a few color swatches and the evaluation service which was extremely helpful. Rust seemed to be the color based on the swatches but the evaluation suggested Cherrywood might be closer. The Cherrywood was very close on its own. I considered mixing Cherrywood and Rust to get an exact match but after trying the Cherrywood alone, I was satisfied. Applied the Cherrywood to the worn left cushion per the website directions resulting in a slightly darker look. To even out the look, applied the product to the remaining two cushions. It was a perfect restore color!
Our sectional was very worn and faded. Originally it was a Pecan color so it was a darker brown with an ever so slight red tint to the brown. Wow it looks like new. We blended with Clear 1-1 on the final coats and it’s an elegant refinish!!
    Beautifully restored

    Very thankful
This is a great product and excellent customer service! Thanks to the Rub and Restore team for providing the color match and instruction to give me the guts to take on the project. I am grateful for the restoration of our two leather chairs and ottoman to their original luster.

Thanks to you and your videos and products, I restored my 15 year old recliner.  I didn’t want to get rid of it because it is high quality so comfy, and both my husband and I love it.  As you can see, it had become faded over time. The leather was ripped, so I cut a hole.  I used the sub patch and purchased a leather piece from Amazon. Then I used the filler product.  I followed your directions, and we think it came out beautiful.  The color was perfect like when it was new, and love the clear finish.  Sure  we will enjoy it for years to come.  Many thanks.

I absolutely love your product.  Very easy to use. Fully restored my much loved, dog induced wear and tear of a couch.

Plan on refinishing another couch, 2 chairs , loveseat and an ottoman. Thank you for creating an amazing product!

The Cherrywood finish worked great on my sofas. If you have dark brown leather with reddish undertones, this is a perfect choice. And the finish has a nice satin sheen to it when you mix in some conditioner.

Thanks for a great product. You were so helpful and made the process way less intimidating than I thought it would be! And I was worried it would feel stiff like it was painted but it doesn't feel any different than the untreated loveseat. Looks new again. I posted my pictures on Facebook and already have 3 friends that want to get some for their leather furniture!

2 parts Cherrywood darkened with 1 part Eggplant and diluted with Clear. Mottling technique used.

    Fantastic Transformation
I haven't seen this kind of customer service in many years. I was able to get sample colors very quickly, detailed instruction and inspiration from Lesandre. The many videos on the website were extremely helpful. It really was as easy as it looked. I was given help with color decisions, sealer questions and repairs. I called and both times the phone was answered and I received my help immediately.  It's really not necessary to say how well the 25 year old sectional turned out as you can see from the photos. Added note. This sectional was done with 2 parts color to 1 part glaze. When finished I used exactly 8 oz. I thought it would take 3 time...More
