Eggplant Vinyl & Leather Dye
Purple Eggplant dye recolors and conditions vinyl or leather furniture. It is anti-UV and won’t flake, peel, crack, or stain clothing.
Eggplant is a dark purply amethyst color. In low light it looks like a warm black. In a well-lit room the aubergine tones will be more apparent.
Eggplant blends the appearance of scuffs, stains, discoloration, and fading on leather and vinyl while providing UV protection. Suitable for use on vinyl as well as pigmented and bycast leathers, it can be applied with a sponge, brush, or spray gun. For aniline leather, dilute the color with Clear Prep+Finish™ to make a transparent glaze. Eggplant permeates leather and vinyl, behaving more like a dye and less like a coating. Once dried, it will not rub off on clothing. Do not get wet until fully cured. Each bottle comes with an extra-long stir stick and gloves. Sponge not included.

1:1 mix of mahogany and eggplant is exact and the love seat looks brand new! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was. I have a clay / taupe couch and love seat that have been retired to the basement. They need this too.
