Shipping Policy

Orders received before 10 am MST on weekdays (excluding US holidays) are typically processed that same day. This is not a guarantee.

You will receive an automated email with tracking number. Check your spam.

  • Free shipping and US Priority Mail typically arrive within 2-4 business days. If your order has not not arrived within 15 days after shipment, we will file a claim and send a replacement.
  • UPS' Service / Money Back Guarantee applies only to Next Day Air. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs for other services like 2nd Day Air or Worldwide Expedited.Ā

Free Shipping, Rates, Carriers & Timelines

Most domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Packages over 5 lbs. may be shipped via UPS.

  • USA orders $100 or more qualify for free shipping or discounted UPS rates.*
  • USA orders under $100 are quoted real-time rates.

Since COVID, carriers have suspended their service guarantees. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs.

  • Priority Mail typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
  • UPS Ground is up to 5 business days, excluding the day it was shipped, and is not guaranteed.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air is 2 business days, excluding the day it was shipped, and is not guaranteed.
  • UPS Next Day Air is delivered next business day (not necessarily Saturday) and is guaranteed.

For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday with a Monday holiday means the package will not arrive until the following Wednesday.

*Exclusions:

Color matching services, color swatches, consultations, and sales tax do not count toward order totals. Coupon codes may also reduce the order value and result in a shipping charge.

Shipping to Canada & Mexico

All orders are shipped via UPS and require a physical address, not a PO box. We do not have permission from international postal services to ship chemical finishes through the mail.
